THE ROLE
As we expand our mobile capabilities into a core Communications Platform as a Service (CPaaS) vertical, Zeta seeks an innovative Mobile & Conversational Messaging Product Lead. This role will be pivotal in defining and scaling our strategy across SMS, RCS, WhatsApp, and Mobile Push, while spearheading the development of a next-generation Conversational Messaging Platform, optimized by our Athena intelligence layer and seamlessly integrated into Zeta's unified infrastructure.
The ideal candidate will navigate the intersection of product strategy, platform development, and go-to-market execution, fostering collaboration with Product, Engineering, Activations, Sales, and Marketing teams to drive product innovation and enterprise adoption. This role redefines CPaaS not merely as a set of channels, but as an intelligent, identity-driven engagement system orchestrated by Athena.
