Key Responsibilities:
- Engage directly with clients to support new business initiatives and consultative sales strategies.
- Identify, prospect, and cultivate new client relationships, generating sales and product opportunities with potential clients.
- Collaborate closely with internal Nielsen teams, support staff, and stakeholders to deliver exceptional products and services, enhancing client satisfaction.
- Oversee the entire sales process from prospecting to contract negotiation and closure.
- Effectively communicate and prioritize client needs, proactively resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Recognize opportunities and create proposals that address clients' core business challenges.
- Craft compelling client presentations that transform data into insightful narratives.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products and solutions, utilizing data to enhance business performance.
- Act as the liaison between Nielsen's internal teams and external clients.
- Conduct regular client meetings to establish and maintain strong relationships.
- Participate in client and industry-specific events.
- Manage sales administration, including opportunity tracking and contract oversight.
- Assist team members in managing various aspects of accounts within your designated vertical.
