Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, develop, and manage a team of Facility Service Managers (FSMs) dedicated to client support.
- Drive annual revenue and profit targets, manage expenses, and oversee the financial performance of service operations.
- Identify, recruit, and train operational staff, including FSMs and Night Managers.
- Foster strong client relationships and maintain a client retention rate above 90%.
- Build and sustain impactful, professional relationships with vendors and Independent Contractors.
- Ensure compliance of Independent Contractors with City Wide standards and client scope of work.
- Promote cross-selling opportunities and expand non-janitorial service offerings in collaboration with the sales team.
- Participate actively in onboarding new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and service start.
- Oversee building inspections, follow-ups, and maintain accurate client data within the CRM system.
- Support employee development through regular performance reviews and meetings.
- Engage in field operations with FSMs weekly and provide support as needed.
- Willingness to travel within the market, up to 50% of the time.
