Director of Operations will oversee the execution of all our agency marketing services and should possess extensive expertise in B2B marketing agency operations. If you're seeking to leverage your hands-on experience in team and client management into a role with greater strategic influence and the potential for significant growth, this position is for you.
Our agency is experiencing rapid growth (over 40% increase in revenue in the past year) with a compact existing team. You will play a crucial role in ongoing planning, evaluation, and management of our operational capabilities as we expand, which will include recruitment and the sourcing and management of third-party resources when necessary.
This position requires a hands-on approach, alongside the responsibility for coordination and resource planning for the entire team, which includes:
- Upholding the highest quality standards and customer service.
- Comprehending our clients' objectives and how we can achieve them; providing informed recommendations on services that would be advantageous for them.
- Continuous analysis of campaign effectiveness, assessing improvement opportunities, and implementing corrective measures.
- Identifying avenues to expand our services to clients.
- Consistently enhancing our operational efficiency and daily functions.
- Commercial management—balancing internal and external resource levels against revenue to maintain profitability.
- Developing and managing timelines for complex web projects and integrated marketing campaigns.
This role will involve close collaboration with the Managing Director and other leadership team members to ensure our long-term success, profitability, and accelerated growth.
