Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the General Manager to formulate and implement strategic company objectives.
- Lead, develop, and manage the Operations team to drive successful execution and ongoing growth.
- Engage with other Operations leaders and key stakeholders to maintain consistency and promote growth across all districts.
- Work closely with the Sales Manager and Fleet Manager to adopt a collaborative approach in all aspects of the role.
- Guide the district to comply with financial standards set by Greg’s Services (a Winter Services, LLC Company).
- Create comprehensive plans to monitor commodity usage and ensure compliance with Greg’s Services benchmarks.
- Develop detailed plans for all storm operations to minimize unnecessary overtime.
- Analyze and comprehend all branch profit and loss reports (P&L).
- Assist in budget creation and actively manage budgets while assessing efficiency and profitability by service line to pinpoint areas for improvement.
- Commit to delivering services that meet or exceed company standards.
- Establish and enforce all safety policies related to company operations.
- Collaborate with HR to develop job descriptions, recruit qualified personnel, and oversee employee training initiatives.
- Partner with HR to create and implement staff evaluation criteria.
- Coordinate with department heads to formulate financial plans and ensure district compliance.
- Monitor company revenue margins and conduct budget assessments to optimize profits.
- Oversee client support services and manage procurement and resource allocation.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
