As the Director of Operations, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our strategy. You will ensure that the foundational conditions are met: financial health, organizational agility, and space for professionals to excel in their work. You will be a visible leader to colleagues and a key representative to stakeholders.

A gross monthly salary between €7,909 and €10,945 based on 36 hours (Cao GGZ).
