We are looking for a dynamic and performance-driven Director of Paid Media to lead our paid acquisition efforts across both US and International markets. This pivotal role will oversee the paid media strategy, investment governance, and execution standards across various paid channels, with the aim of driving efficient customer acquisition and measurable growth aligned with Gross Adds and CAC guardrails.
This high-impact position requires a cross-functional leader who combines strategic vision, analytical expertise, and hands-on paid media experience, capable of driving results through influence within a matrixed organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy, Planning, and Performance Ownership
- Develop and own the paid media strategy for the US and International markets, aligning with company growth priorities and segment needs (including SMB single-seat and expanding multi-seat segments).
- Translate growth priorities into actionable channel plans, budget allocations, forecasting, and pacing guidelines.
- Establish and uphold execution standards for account structure, optimization strategies, testing schedules, and measurement practices across all channels.
Operating Model and Cross-Functional Leadership
- Collaborate with Centres of Excellence (Brand, Creative, SEO, Sites, Analytics, Operations, Product Marketing, CLM, Corporate Communications) to ensure that paid media plans align with broader priorities, creative processes, and performance measurement.
- Lead regular business rhythms including performance reviews, insights gathering, test prioritization, decision-making on scaling or discontinuing initiatives, and resolving trade-offs.
- Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders, providing clear narratives about changes, insights, and future action plans.
Team Leadership and Capability Development
- Guide and nurture channel owners (SEM, Paid Social, OLV, Display, TV, and Offline) with clear accountabilities and developmental objectives.
