Join our dynamic team at jump450 as a Director of Paid Social Advertising in a fully remote role. Offering a competitive base salary ranging from $115,000 to $125,000, with total compensation potential of up to $135,000 annually, including performance bonuses.
This position is pivotal in steering our paid digital media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat, Pinterest, and YouTube. You will oversee the entire campaign lifecycle, from strategic planning and implementation to monitoring, optimizing, analyzing, and reporting campaign performance.
As the daily subject matter expert (SME) for our clients, you will deliver strategic insights, performance analyses, and timely reporting while responding to ad-hoc requests. Collaborating closely with our creative team, you will craft engaging advertisements that resonate with our target audience and ensure exceptional communication and service levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate media strategies and develop comprehensive paid media plans, focusing on audience targeting, messaging, budgeting, and optimizations.
- Utilize real-time data dashboards and various reporting tools to communicate campaign performance and establish clear future roadmaps.
- Conduct performance analyses and recommend actionable insights based on data interpretations.
- Continuously evaluate and enhance campaign performance while setting benchmarks and proposing future tests.
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients regarding all campaign elements, including planning, performance, and status updates.
- Prepare and present detailed reports of campaign results to clients and management.
- Stay abreast of best practices and innovations within advertising networks.
- Employ a data-driven approach to formulate marketing strategies that align with client objectives.
- Build and nurture effective client relationships.
- Conduct market research to gather insights on consumer behavior and competitive landscape.
