Job Overview:
The Director of Performance Marketing is instrumental in propelling efficient, scalable, and brand-consistent customer growth across a diverse multi-brand, omni-channel portfolio that includes connected hard goods and a companion smartphone app. Tactacam's sales model encompasses both direct-to-consumer and partnerships with wholesale and retail entities, necessitating a performance strategy that accelerates DTC growth while bolstering overall brand demand across channels.
This role is responsible for developing and executing strategies across pivotal demand-generation channels, including organic social, paid social, paid search, and lifecycle/email marketing. You will bring a performance-oriented, analytical mindset complemented by robust leadership abilities, ensuring that channel investments yield measurable impacts on ecommerce, app adoption, and customer lifetime value. This position leads an internal team and collaborates closely with agency partners, as well as with ecommerce, product, brand, and analytics teams.
