Key Responsibilities:
As the Director of Physical Security at Archer, you will spearhead the creation, execution, and oversight of a comprehensive global security strategy. This pivotal role involves the protection of personnel, facilities, and physical assets across all company locations, including manufacturing, testing, and operational sites. You will manage threat assessments, access control, surveillance, incident response, and crisis management initiatives. Reporting directly to the Chief Infrastructure Officer, you will provide strategic planning, executive-level reporting, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to implement world-class security programs. Key Responsibilities Include:
- Formulating and deploying a global physical security strategy in alignment with corporate goals and regulatory standards.
- Leading a team of security experts and overseeing third-party security service providers.
- Conducting thorough threat and risk evaluations across all facilities and operations.
- Overseeing the design and deployment of physical security systems such as surveillance, access control, perimeter security, and intrusion detection.
- Collaborating with engineering, infrastructure, flight operations, and HR teams to ensure security measures are integrated into all company activities.
- Establishing emergency response and crisis management protocols, as well as leading incident response initiatives.
- Maintaining close coordination with local, state, federal, and international law enforcement and security agencies.
- Developing and managing executive-level reports on security metrics and incidents.
