We are on the lookout for a Director of Growth to propel one of our flagship products from inception to millions in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) within the next year. You will have access to engineering, marketing, customer success, and sales teams to help you achieve this ambitious goal.
As our first hire in this capacity, you will report directly to a co-founder. Your role will encompass developing marketing strategies, establishing pricing models, guiding product evolution, and outpacing competitors in the market.
This position is based in our vibrant office located in downtown Santa Barbara, CA—just a short walk from a plethora of restaurants, coffee shops, and the beach.
