The Role
In the position of Founding Product Marketer, you will shape our narrative, advocate for our customers, and drive our go-to-market strategy. This unique opportunity allows you to establish and lead the product marketing function within a rapidly growing vertical AI company, positioning Bretton AI as the unequivocal leader in AI-driven compliance.
Your role involves collaborating across product, sales, and marketing teams to translate our advanced AI technology into clear, impactful business outcomes that resonate with financial institutions. Your contributions will directly influence our brand, empower our sales force, and reinforce our status as the indispensable foundation for AI in compliance.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop and refine Bretton AI’s corporate and product messaging for diverse target personas, including BSA Officers, Chief Compliance Officers, and technical stakeholders.
- Design and maintain an extensive array of sales enablement resources, such as pitch decks, battlecards, demo scripts, ROI calculators, and objection handling guides.
- Collaborate with the CEO and content team to create an AI-native content engine that generates personalized use case narratives and compelling customer success stories.
- Lead marketing initiatives for product launches, feature rollouts, and integrated campaigns by drafting messaging briefs and orchestrating cross-functional implementation.
- Act as a market expert on competitors, buyers, and the industry landscape through ongoing research and intelligence analysis.
- Work alongside the deployments team to craft powerful customer testimonials, case studies, and video content from our premier accounts.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of product marketing strategies on the sales pipeline, win rates, and sales cycles.
