OVERVIEW:
The Product Development organization at SharkNinja is the driving force behind our global product roadmap, guiding projects from concept to market with a consumer-centric focus. Acting as the 'product CEOs', we collaborate across various teams to ensure high consumer satisfaction and outstanding business results. Our diverse team includes product marketing managers and consumer-focused engineers, all united in the pursuit of delivering 5-star experiences for our customers.
In our organization, Program Management plays a pivotal role, overseeing the critical product and program timelines essential for successfully launching celebrated products worldwide. This leadership position will manage a team of Program Managers who are integral to cross-functional project teams, ensuring seamless execution of the global project schedule while acting as insightful challengers and adept connectors. In addition to overseeing specific projects, this role entails direct collaboration with the Vice President of Product Development to enhance strategic initiatives.
