As the Proposal Development Director, you will play a pivotal role in how Redox articulates its value to the market, both in response to specific opportunities and in proactively shaping demand. You will be responsible for enhancing the way Redox develops, packages, and delivers proposals to our clients throughout their journey with us. This encompasses:
Reactive proposals including RFPs and structured procurement processes.
Proactive proposals that consist of strategic and consultative materials designed to create and expedite opportunities even before a formal purchasing process begins.
Currently, proposal development at Redox is decentralized, with even executive leaders contributing to material creation. This position represents a crucial investment in centralizing our proposal capabilities, improving quality and consistency, and enabling scalable growth.
You will collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product teams, and Executive Leadership to translate Redox’s capabilities into compelling, polished, and commercially viable proposals. These proposals will range from engaging PowerPoint presentations to detailed PDF documents that include pricing, visuals, and customized messaging.
Your deep understanding of Redox’s offerings, insight into the mindset of healthcare buyers, and ability to craft persuasive materials will be essential in winning business.
