The Director of Publishing & Marketing will serve as a pivotal leader within the Games Division, reporting directly to the General Manager of Games. In this role, you will spearhead our global expansion efforts, innovating new commercial strategies and crafting the go-to-market (GTM) plan for an intellectual property that boasts a passionate and extensive fanbase.
We are on the lookout for a visionary leader who will help broaden Mob’s reach to new global audiences and develop pioneering marketing strategies for diverse monetization models, including Premium, F2P, and Live-Ops/GaaS. You will oversee the complete publishing lifecycle: positioning, GTM strategies, storefront performance, paid experimentation, partnership and platform relations, as well as marketing analytics. You will also lead and mentor an existing team, enhance capabilities through in-house development or agency partnerships, and work collaboratively with other leaders within the Games Division.
