Collaborating with Registered Dietitians is one of the most effective interventions; however, fewer than 1% of eligible Americans utilize their covered benefits.
We are developing an AI-driven, patient-centric healthcare system that prioritizes nutrition to improve health outcomes, reduce costs, and empower individuals to lead healthier, longer lives. Since our launch three years ago, we have expanded our reach across all 50 states, engaging thousands of dietitians and hundreds of thousands of patients on our platform.

About the Role
We are seeking a strategic, data-driven Recruiting Director to lead and expand our Go-To-Market (GTM) recruiting team, a pivotal growth engine for Nourish. In this role, you will oversee a rapidly growing team responsible for recruitment across our provider-facing field sales division ("Provider Partnerships"), including individual contributors and sales managers. You will collaborate cross-functionally to consistently achieve ambitious hiring targets with efficiency and quality.
This position reports to our VP of Talent and works closely with the executive team, GTM leadership, and RevOps to translate business objectives into effective hiring strategies, monitor performance against targets, drive operational excellence, and create scalable systems that support Nourish’s upcoming growth phase. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of a key investment area in a company that is redefining the future of healthcare.
