Key Responsibilities:
As the Director of Resident Experience Services, you will be the welcoming face for prospects and residents. You will take pride in ensuring stellar first impressions and fostering positive relationships. Your innate conversational skills and ability to make others feel at home will drive your success. You thrive on personalizing interactions and enjoy learning about your customers' preferences, including their four-legged family members. This position requires availability from 1 PM to 9 PM, Wednesday to Sunday.
In this role, your main responsibilities will include:
- Demonstrating leadership by embodying the core values in all actions and behaviors.
- Coaching, mentoring, and training other members of the resident services team to foster a strong Bozzuto culture.
- Converting leads into community tours by engaging with prospects and providing valuable information about the community and neighborhood.
- Collaborating with the leasing team to coordinate tours that contribute to achieving desired occupancy levels.
- Addressing resident and prospect inquiries promptly and effectively to provide excellent service.
- Planning and executing engaging events and activities to enhance community involvement.
- Building brand loyalty and achieving resident retention goals through a consistently positive experience and a well-maintained community.
- Creating awareness and excitement through social media engagement.
- Encouraging satisfied customers to share their experiences through reviews on social platforms.
