YOUR ROLE
- Lead and inspire a team of Chains Account Managers focused on Glovo’s premier national and local partners, establishing clear operational procedures and elevating performance standards.
- Develop and implement collaborative business strategies with partners, encompassing assortment, pricing tactics, promotional campaigns funded jointly, and long-term commercial projects.
- Leverage data and insights to identify challenges, uncover opportunities, and craft business proposals aimed at maximizing revenue and return on investment (ROI).
- Serve as Glovo's representative to senior partners, forging strong relationships and convincing them to increase their investment in our platform.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, prioritizing effectively and making impactful decisions under tight deadlines.
