About the Role:
The Director of Retail Brand Marketing leads the development of Curaleaf’s retail Customer Value Proposition and brand identity across approximately 170 dispensaries. This role is responsible for transforming consumer insights into a distinctive retail promise, implementing it through playbooks, seasonal programs, and in-store communications that enhance traffic, conversion, basket size, and customer loyalty. Acting as the central hub, this leader collaborates with Retail Operations, Merchandising, Pricing/Promotion, Creative, CRM/E-Commerce, and Field teams to deliver cohesive strategies that drive brand success and customer engagement.
