Your Mission:
As the Director of Sales, you will be responsible for crafting and executing the hotel’s comprehensive sales strategy across all segments and regions.
Reporting directly to the General Manager and collaborating closely with the Revenue Management, Marketing, and Ecommerce teams, you will spearhead the hotel’s revenue growth initiatives across Rooms, Food & Beverage, MICE, Wellness, and more.
Beyond managing incoming leads, you will foster a proactive culture that emphasizes opportunity creation, meaningful relationship building, and team inspiration to pave our collective path to success. We believe that results are achieved through vision, ambition, and decisive action.
Your primary accountability will be to meet our annual B2B revenue targets.
Role Description:
Sales Leadership:
- Contribute significantly to the budget planning process by establishing ambitious targets for various segments and feeder markets.
- Develop and execute a yearly sales strategy aimed at luxury leisure, corporate, MICE, and group segments.
- Build and strengthen key partnerships in coordination with the Accor global sales office, including luxury travel advisors (Amex FHR), consortia (Virtuoso, Signature), corporate clients, and MICE.
- Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance property visibility and generate qualified leads.
- Organize and take part in sales missions, familiarization trips, client meetings, and promotional activities to boost hotel visibility and attract new business.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure every event is executed flawlessly, creating memorable experiences for clients.
Sales Performance:
- Enhance the sales team’s performance through data-driven decision-making and regular business reviews.
- Analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities and refine sales strategies accordingly.
