Position Overview:
League’s PaaS division, Powered by League, is poised for rapid expansion. Building on our success with leading clients like Medibank, Highmark Health, Google, Accenture, Manulife, and Shoppers Drug Mart, we are looking for a Director of Sales & Account Management to spearhead this next growth phase.
As the Director of Sales & Account Management, you will play a pivotal role in the Go-to-Market team, focusing on key sectors such as Private Health Insurers, Private Healthcare Providers, Public Sector Health Agencies, Retail Pharmacies, and Digital Health Innovators. Your responsibilities will include spearheading complex enterprise-scale business development initiatives, achieving sales targets for the Powered by League platform, nurturing existing client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring the success and satisfaction of League’s clients in Australasia.
Collaborating with various Go-to-Market teams (including Solution Engineering, Partnerships, and Product Marketing) as well as our Delivery & Product Management functions, you will design, plan, and execute effective customer partnerships that enhance their digital consumer, member, or patient experiences.
In this capacity, you will:
- Be the first Growth & Customer representative in Australia, acting as League's face in this vital new market and supporting our flagship clients in Australia and New Zealand.
- Support League’s international expansion by working closely with our Growth Organization, including Account Management and Sales Leadership.
- Lead and manage the complete sales process for the Powered by League platform.
