As the inaugural Director of Sales for Caregentic, you will hold complete responsibility for our go-to-market strategy and sales execution. You will craft and direct a modern, enterprise-driven sales approach targeting health systems, medical groups, and payors, while establishing the necessary processes and pipeline for scalable growth. Your role will encompass generating new opportunities, closing critical deals, and laying the commercial groundwork that will drive our next phase of expansion.
You will collaborate directly with our CEO and product team, ensuring that our development is driven by actual customer needs. Our team operates with the urgency that healthcare necessitates, constantly aware that our efforts have a direct impact on patient lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the go-to-market strategy for Caregentic’s agentic AI platform, connecting Patient Care Agents with Care Team Agents, and targeting health systems, medical groups, payors, and enterprise healthcare clients.
- Oversee the entire sales cycle: prospecting, outreach, demos, proposals, and closing new contracts.
- Utilize your network and cold sourcing abilities to identify and engage high-potential customers, supported by recruiting and marketing teams.
- Partner with leadership to refine customer personas, value propositions, and messaging.
- Engage directly with early partners (e.g., Northwell Health) to validate use cases and enhance adoption.
- Establish repeatable sales processes (CRM utilization, reporting, pipeline tracking) that lay the foundation for scaling a sales organization.
- Collaborate with investors and leadership to demonstrate traction and build credibility in preparation for Series A funding.
- Recruit and mentor future sales team members as the company expands.
