Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Director of Sales to design and implement LivePerson’s enterprise strategy across North America, with an emphasis on driving rapid growth within the Fortune 500 sector. This role will oversee your team’s overall performance—from identifying top talent to expediting the 'ramp-to-quota' process and acting as the executive sponsor for major digital transformation initiatives. A data-driven mindset is essential, as is the ability to navigate complex procurement processes while fostering a proactive 'hunter' mentality in a collaborative, customer-centric environment.

- People Leadership & Talent Development
- Expand the North American enterprise team by attracting high-caliber Account Executives adept at navigating intricate sales cycles.
- Enhance team performance through coaching and tailored growth plans, focusing on converting high-potentials into top performers while sustaining a culture of excellence.
- Foster a transparent, dynamic environment that marries competitive 'hunter' instincts with a collaborative 'win-as-a-team' ethos.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators that drive success, proactively addressing underperformance and celebrating overachievement.
Strategic Sales Advocacy
- Act as the executive 'closer' on marquee deals, utilizing your influence to cultivate trust with C-suite stakeholders at Fortune 500 companies.
- Guide your team in shifting from 'feature selling' to 'value selling,' helping them articulate the tangible business impact of Conversational AI.
- Design high-potential clusters across North America, ensuring Account Executive portfolios are strategically balanced for optimal opportunity.
