Our Development Division is a pioneer in luxury pre-construction sales and marketing, delivering exceptional insights and market intelligence that empower partners to effectively navigate the unique real estate landscape from pre-acquisition through to sellout. This division represents some of Florida’s most iconic new developments and prestigious brands globally, ensuring an unrivaled level of service and tangible results for our clients.
We are currently seeking a dynamic Director of Sales to lead our sales initiatives across various new developments, contingent on the candidate's capabilities. Reporting directly to the EVP of New Development Sales within the designated geographic territory, the Director of Sales will be pivotal in onboarding and managing sales agents, overseeing the CRM, and providing daily, weekly, and monthly reports on Sales Gallery traffic. This role includes presenting purchase offers, supervising the entire contract signing to closing process, facilitating weekly developer sales meetings, and collaborating with the marketing team to create cohesive sales and marketing strategies and programs—all aimed at enhancing overall sales performance.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Monitoring and analyzing sales and market trends.
- Developing and executing strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth for luxury construction projects.
- Providing guidance on the opening and closing of sales centers and model units.
- Leading and influencing a successful and experienced sales team.
- Building, managing, and nurturing a high-performance team through effective talent recruitment, coaching, and development.
- Ensuring a seamless management of the purchase/sale process from point of sale to closing.
- Leading the sales process from prospecting and lead generation to deal closure and client relationship management.
- Liaising with internal departments to ensure adequate inventory levels meet sales objectives and that pricing remains competitive and profitable.
- Ensuring that the sales center is impeccably presented and appealing from a marketing standpoint.
