About the Opportunity:
We are seeking a dynamic Head of Sales Development to establish, lead, and expand a world-class Sales Development Representative (SDR) organization. You will take charge of a growing team, assess and enhance current processes, and create the foundational playbook for scaling Pallet's pipeline generation.
Your role will encompass both strategic and hands-on responsibilities; you will articulate a vision and set metrics while remaining actively involved as a player-coach, exemplifying high standards for prospecting quality, messaging, and discipline.
