We are looking for a Director of Sales to spearhead our EMEA sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead enterprise sales efforts at strategic accounts, achieving quarterly and annual sales goals. Develop strategic sales plans for your designated accounts, managing a roll-up quota of $1.5M - $2M per Enterprise representative.
Demonstrate ethical and effective leadership, providing mentorship and coaching to the team.
Recruit, develop, and maintain a high-performing team of Account Executives. Our leaders excel at identifying top talent and enabling their success.
Formulate a strategic prospecting plan for identifying new sales opportunities, balancing short-term and long-term initiatives to support accurate forecasting and quota achievement. Aim for 30% of new logo business and 70% expansion of existing accounts to meet targets.
Engage with executives and senior leadership to promote investment in Rescale’s groundbreaking technology. With a 2:1 resource ratio to pre-sales engineers, we ensure our sales teams are equipped for technical discussions with customers.
Foster strong relationships with key partners and internal teams, coordinating efforts across the organization to execute effective sales strategies. We thrive on entrepreneurial spirit.
What We Seek:
At least 7 years of experience in sales management with a proven record of achieving quotas within large accounts.
Proven track record as a Sales Leader in a rapidly scaling organization.
Demonstrated experience in hiring and building high-performance teams.
