We seek a dynamic and results-driven Director of Sales to spearhead our commercial strategy and accelerate growth across vital business segments. This pivotal leadership role is dedicated to cultivating a thriving sales culture, expanding our B2B clientele, and enhancing revenue, particularly in our core acquiring and payment processing offerings.
As a strategic leader, you will oversee the complete sales lifecycle, inspire and develop a high-caliber team, and collaborate across departments to ensure our market strategies align with the broader objectives of the organization.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a motivated sales team by establishing clear goals and expectations.
- Cultivate a vibrant and high-performance sales culture.
- Drive the sales pipeline by monitoring KPIs and OKRs of sales and lead generation managers, ensuring consistent revenue growth, customer acquisition, and achievement of monthly sales targets.
- Engage in direct sales efforts, including cold outreach, nurturing key relationships, and pursuing new business opportunities personally.
- Manage the entire business customer lifecycle, from initial outreach to negotiation and closing.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Risk, Account Management, and Product Development teams to implement strategic initiatives.
- Ensure compliance of all sales activities with relevant regulations and company policies.
- Align initiatives with the goals and priorities of other divisions within the company.
- Recommend enhancements to sales strategies based on data analysis and competitive insights.
- Exhibit the ability to deliver results under pressure while adapting to evolving business needs; effectively plan, organize, and manage multiple priorities.
- Stay informed on technological trends shaping the Fintech landscape.
- Manage relationships with key referral partners.
