As the Director of Sales Engineering - North America, you will spearhead the growth and transformation of our US Sales function, aligning it with our strategic business objectives. You will engage with key customers, prospects, and partners to technically qualify, design, and propose comprehensive solutions tailored to meet their specific needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with existing key US customers and business partners, providing EDB’s technical expertise to address business challenges and enhance subscription and services growth.
- Serve as a subject matter expert to ensure sales teams achieve their target objectives.
- Lead sub-regions, regional leads, and Sales Engineers to ensure they qualify, demonstrate, and propose successful solution bids, focusing on qualification, validation, demonstration, proof of concept (PoC), pilot, and implementation proposal activities. Additionally, provide enablement plans and support for PoC/Pilot execution.
