Your Mission
As the Director of Sales Engineering, you will lead the Productivity Center, which is responsible for Sales Engineering efforts across various regions. A significant part of your role will involve cultivating strong collaboration between your team and regional Sales Engineering teams to ensure alignment and support throughout the organization. You will spearhead strategic initiatives, uphold operational excellence, and enhance cross-functional collaboration to drive revenue and ensure customer success.
What You'll Do at UiPath
Lead the Sales Engineering team, ensuring clear alignment of goals with Go-To-Market objectives.
Foster close collaboration between the Productivity Center and regional Sales Engineering teams, promoting consistent processes and knowledge sharing.
Develop and execute strategies that optimize workflows between the Productivity Center and both centralized and regional Sales Engineering functions.
Drive operational excellence within your department and in collaboration with regional teams, focusing on opportunity management and proposal processes.
Establish high-level strategies to meet team goals while balancing resources across centralized and regional Sales Engineering activities.
Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure alignment with company objectives and promote innovation across Sales Engineering functions.
Manage succession planning, talent development, and professional growth initiatives for your team and regional Sales Engineering personnel.
Monitor and enhance customer engagement and satisfaction metrics.
Prioritize customer needs by empathizing with every aspect of the customer experience.
