Your Mission
As the Director of Sales for Asia, Pacific & West Coast, you will spearhead revenue growth for LeydenJar’s 100% silicon anode products among key consumer electronics clients primarily in California and the broader western region of the United States. This vital role entails managing strategic partnerships with cell manufacturers in China, securing design wins, overseeing key accounts, negotiating supply agreements, and harmonizing commercial strategies between clients and upstream suppliers.
We are seeking an ideal candidate who possesses robust leadership experience in consumer electronics sales, coupled with extensive knowledge of silicon anode lithium-ion cell technology and the Chinese supply ecosystem, with fluency in both English and Mandarin.
This position is part of LeydenJar’s U.S. entity and is based in Tacoma, Washington.
Key Responsibilities:
Commercial Strategy for the West Coast
Formulate and implement a comprehensive commercial strategy for consumer electronics customers, including OEMs, ODMs, and technology platforms.
Drive initiatives for new design wins and establish long-term supply agreements to ensure sustained revenue growth.
Cultivate and manage strategic partnerships with Tier 1 and Tier 2 consumer electronics manufacturers.
