Director of Sales, East – Premion (A TEGNA Company)

We are seeking an exceptional Director of Sales for our Eastern region. This pivotal leader will craft and implement our revenue strategy for the East Coast. You will manage a team of Regional Sales Managers and Senior Account Executives across multiple markets while nurturing strategic business relationships with key agencies, holding companies, and high-value clients. This position reports directly to the Head of National Sales.

Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Team Management
- Guide and cultivate a high-performing regional sales team across various markets.
- Establish clear performance goals while providing ongoing coaching, pipeline management, and deal support.
- Own regional forecasting, pacing, revenue planning, and accountability for quarterly revenue targets.
Base Salary: $150,000 - $180,000 plus bonus opportunities.
