As the Director of Sales for US Financial Institutions, you will spearhead TRM’s strategic initiatives aimed at Banking and Financial Institution customers across North America. You will lead a team of Account Directors to deepen engagement in the US Private Sector, driving revenue growth and enhancing TRM’s expertise in stablecoins and financial crime risk management.
We seek a strategic, customer-centric sales leader who excels at merging operational excellence with market foresight. You will build scalable systems, develop high-performing teams, and drive significant impact in a dynamic environment. Your fluency in the financial institutions ecosystem will empower you to navigate complex procurement, compliance, and partnership structures to secure multi-million-dollar enterprise contracts.
Your Impact:
Expand TRM’s Financial Institution Business: Develop and implement a strategic sales plan aimed at achieving approximately $6 million in annual revenue, growing share of wallet within key accounts, and establishing TRM as the preferred partner for blockchain intelligence within the financial institution ecosystem.
Lead and Cultivate a High-Performing Team: Recruit, mentor, and empower Account Directors focused on Financial Institutions; accelerate onboarding, enhance product fluency, and ensure consistent quota achievement.
Enhance TRM’s Market Presence: Build strong relationships with executive stakeholders across banking, payments, and compliance sectors; advocate for TRM’s insights through thought leadership and customer advisory initiatives.
Drive Operational Excellence: Establish repeatable sales processes and scalable frameworks for pipeline management, forecasting, and RFP responses while upholding TRM's agility with discipline and accuracy.
Collaborate Across Functions: Partner with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to align market insights, refine go-to-market strategies, and expedite growth initiatives.
