Your Role
As the Head of Sales for the US, reporting directly to our Chief Revenue Officer, you will lead our sales strategy and execution. As we navigate a pivotal growth phase, your expertise will help healthcare systems modernize their care delivery by intertwining technology, data, and human connection.
Your responsibilities will include crafting our market approach, driving revenue growth, and establishing impactful partnerships within the healthcare ecosystem. You will cultivate a structured and intentional growth strategy while upholding the values that ensure sustainable success. This hands-on leadership position is ideal for someone who excels in dynamic environments, creates organization from ambiguity, and translates visionary concepts into actionable results.
You will manage a growing team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), Business Development Representatives (BDRs), Account Executives (AEs), and Solution Architects, focusing on both new business acquisition and expansion across all customer segments.
