Facilitate daily coordination between sales and engineering operations regarding staffing, project logistics, and resource distribution.
Develop and manage proactive analytics and reporting that not only track past performance but also forecast future trends.
Scale operations as we enhance our GenAI practice and expand our AWS partnership into new customer segments.
Lead and nurture a high-performing sales operations team, establishing career paths and mentoring the next generation of leaders.
Collaborate closely with leadership on strategic initiatives and data-driven decisions as we scale, guiding strategic choices along the way.

In this pivotal role, you will design the operational framework that connects our top-tier Sales team with our exceptional Engineering teams. You will establish systems and processes that effortlessly scale from the agility of a startup to the precision of an enterprise, ensuring that every client interaction is executed flawlessly from the initial conversation to the final implementation.
With over 200 certified specialists, technical experts, and PhDs among our ranks, we operate entirely remotely, experiment with new concepts through our in-house incubator LokaLabs™, and enjoy every other Friday off (yes, really).
