Your Influence
In the T1200 segment, we focus on our most strategic U.S. State & Local Law Enforcement agencies—large, multifaceted accounts where our entire ecosystem can revolutionize community safety.
As a key leader, you will be responsible for:
- Driving bookings and revenue performance within the T1200 segment
- Leading and mentoring a team of high-achieving Account Executives
- Executing strategic account plans across complex, multi-stakeholder agreements
- Promoting the adoption of Axon’s complete ecosystem—from TASER devices and sensors to software solutions, AI capabilities, and real-time operations
Your Responsibilities
Location: Remote within the United States; candidates must reside within one hour of a major airport and be prepared to travel 40-60% of the time.
Reports to: You will report directly to a Regional Vice President of Sales and function as a pivotal member of the U.S. State & Local Law Enforcement leadership team.
Lead and Cultivate a High-Performing Sales Team
- Directly manage the T1200 Account Executives responsible for Axon’s most critical State & Local Law Enforcement accounts.
- Recruit, onboard, and nurture top sales talent while establishing a high-performance culture.
- Set clear expectations regarding territory planning, pipeline management, prospecting, and ecosystem selling.
- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, field visits, and deal reviews focused on coaching for results, not just activities.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning around Axon’s expanding product offerings, competitive landscape, and public safety trends.
Own Segment Strategy and Execution
- Design and implement a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for the T1200 segment that aligns with Axon’s strategic objectives.
- Define account segmentation, coverage models, and territory design to maximize growth and customer engagement.
- Pursue multi-product, multi-year strategic initiatives that enhance our value proposition.
