The Director of Sales Strategy & Value plays a crucial role in supporting our global sales organization by focusing on pricing, proposal development, value analysis, contract structuring, and go-to-market strategies. This position will collaborate closely with account executives, sales leaders, and various cross-functional stakeholders in delivery, finance, legal, and operations. The sales team covers the entire OneStudyTeam and Care Access portfolio.
Your Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy and Proposal Development: Partner with Account Executives to create exceptional proposals, optimize pricing, and develop suitable deal structures while clearly communicating the value of Reify Health’s solutions. Support a variety of opportunities, from single-study initiatives to extensive multi-product agreements.
- Value Engineering: Design successful financial outcomes by conducting in-depth value analyses that quantify cost savings and efficiency improvements, translating complex data into compelling narratives that resonate with clients.
- Contract Development: Collaborate with sales managers, legal teams, and other stakeholders to transform proposals into formal contracts, assisting in customer negotiations with innovative solutions.
- Pricing: Develop and refine pricing models for a diverse array of software and service offerings, quantitatively assessing the effects of pricing and bundling strategies.
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Analyze market data to guide comprehensive planning and customer engagement strategies, employing creative problem-solving to align product strategy with go-to-market initiatives alongside sales and executive leadership.
- Client Relationships: Engage in client interactions throughout the discovery, proposal, and delivery phases. This role involves direct relationship building and supporting team members across sales and delivery functions.
