ServiceNow is experiencing significant growth across the Americas, and we are on the lookout for an experienced, strategic Services Sales Leader to spearhead our Professional and Strategic Services business. This pivotal role comes with distinct booking and revenue targets and will play a crucial part in expanding ServiceNow’s market presence through transformative, value-driven service engagements, all harnessed on the ServiceNow AI Platform.
In this position, you will not only guide a high-performing team but also serve as a strategic cornerstone within our Customer Excellence Group (CEG). Your efforts will influence customer adoption, retention, and value realization, aligning with our mission: to ensure that ServiceNow is recognized as the best purchasing decision our customers have ever made.
This opportunity revolves around growth, AI, and business transformation. You will drive complex, large-scale service-led engagements with some of our most strategic customers across the region while mentoring your team to cultivate similar capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and own the commercial sales strategy for Services, including Professional Services and Customer Success, ensuring alignment with all Field Sales, Partners, and Marketing for a cohesive 'land-and-expand' approach.
- Identify, shape, and close transformational end-to-end services deals that enhance customer relationships and accelerate business value realization.
- Coach and cultivate your team to successfully scope and close intricate service engagements, fostering long-term capabilities across the region.
- Meet and deliver against established Services booking and revenue targets within the Commercial business.
- Ensure robust forecasting, pipeline growth, and operational discipline to facilitate predictable bookings, margins, and revenue, while qualifying opportunities and scoping effectively.
- Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing go-to-market (GTM) team focusing on coaching, development, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with field teams on opportunity qualification, pipeline health, territory planning, and account strategies.
- Forge strong, trusted relationships with customer executives and internal stakeholders across various functions.
- Work closely with Services Sales Pre-Sales, Services Delivery, Product Management, Customer Success, and Field Sales.
- Encourage and ensure productive use of AI by team members, driving enhanced customer outcomes through AI and AI agents.
