You will engage with both internal teams and external stakeholders to showcase the value of our technology and ensure effective implementation and scalability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Expertise:
- Serve as a product expert for clients and agency partners, providing customized product demonstrations and technical presentations that address their unique requirements.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of our products, industry developments, and competitive landscape to effectively articulate our value propositions.
- Collaborate with sales teams to provide technology-focused support and solutions to client challenges.
- Collaboration:
- Partner closely with the sales team to identify opportunities, comprehend client challenges, and deliver tailored solutions that align with their business objectives.
- Work with product management and engineering teams to relay customer insights that will influence product development.
- Customer Engagement:
