About the Role

We are seeking our inaugural Expansion Account Executive, a crucial addition to our go-to-market team. This role will involve crafting our customer expansion strategy, overseeing revenue retention and growth, and implementing scalable processes as we transition from seed funding to Series A and beyond.
You will focus on driving expansion revenue within existing accounts, successfully closing five and six-figure deals, and ensuring our clients experience transformative outcomes that encourage renewals and advocacy. This position offers high visibility and direct influence on our corporate strategy, working closely with our Head of Sales and founding team.
Ideal candidates will possess robust expertise in P&C insurance (e.g., broker, producer, account manager, or underwriter) and a keen interest in transitioning that knowledge to the tech industry, or experienced enterprise SaaS sales professionals eager to specialize in insurance technology.
What You'll Do
Core Responsibilities
Manage the entire expansion sales cycle from identifying opportunities to closing deals with expansion ACV ranging from $25K to $250K+.
Develop and maintain an expansion pipeline of 3-4x quota across existing accounts, including brokerages, carriers, MGAs, TPAs, claims organizations, and legal teams.
Boost expansion revenue through seat expansion, cross-departmental adoption, tier upgrades, and new use cases.
