We are actively seeking a passionate Director of Strategic Accounts to join our team and leverage a substantial market opportunity. This full-time remote role may require occasional travel.
What you'll be doing:
- Engaging in the complete sales cycle, targeting HR and Benefits leaders at larger organizations with employee counts ranging from 10,000 to 30,000 within your designated territory.
- Collaborating closely with Business Development Representatives and our Strategic Alliances team to finalize opportunities they generate, while also self-sourcing leads through brokers and consultants.
- Owning and refining comprehensive sales presentations to effectively convey our value proposition.
