Position Summary:
The Director of Strategy will collaborate directly with the SVP of Strategy within the Strategy & Communications department, spearheading strategic marketing efforts for both new and existing client engagements. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our programs and campaigns are culturally relevant, distinctive to the brand, and executed with excellence.
The ideal candidate will possess the expertise to develop integrated experiential campaigns that resonate deeply with consumers. From initial insights to final presentations, they will articulate strategies that inspire our creative teams and engage our clients effectively.
This position is part of a dynamic team of multidisciplinary strategists and experts. The Director will be responsible for leading strategic initiatives while working cross-functionally to create and implement comprehensive marketing strategies, regularly advising senior clients.
At least 50% of this role will focus on one of the fastest-growing, most exciting brands in the tech industry. Responsibilities will include brand and experiential strategy, launching into new markets, executing tentpole campaigns and activations, managing partnerships, and developing content strategies.
