Our firm is renowned for its ability to integrate strategic, operational, and financial approaches on both national and international projects. Since our inception, we have experienced robust growth, now employing over 900 consultants, including more than 110 partners, across 15 offices, five of which are located in France.
Our Strategy & Operations division supports leaders and investors in tackling complex challenges, delivering realistic and quantifiable solutions through the fusion of strategic and operational methodologies. To fuel our expansive growth, we are actively seeking Directors (minimum of 8 years of experience). Currently, our Strategy & Operations team consists of over 150 professionals across Europe, with backgrounds in consulting firms and various industries.

In this role, you will primarily engage in the following contexts:
‘Deal Strategy & Execution’: During transactions, whether in the preparation ('pre-deal’) or execution (‘post-deal’) phase, you will support both sellers and buyers throughout the entire process.
In the deal preparation phase:
Define the Equity Story (the rationale for the operation and development strategy).
Conduct strategic, commercial, operational, and ESG due diligence.
Evaluate potential synergies arising from a merger.
Develop separation plans (‘Carve-out’).
During deal execution:
Prepare integration plans (‘PMI’) and define the necessary strategies and actions to ensure business continuity ('Day 1 readiness').
Implement synergy plans.
Facilitate and monitor performance.
‘Corporate Strategy & Business Transformation’: You will contribute to the development and implementation of strategic plans and transformation programs.
