As the Director of Supply Chain for North America, you will spearhead the enhancement and optimization of Materials Management, including SIOP, Planning, Scheduling, and Inventory Management across our organization. This pivotal role involves overseeing Procurement and Logistics to ensure the seamless flow of materials, accurate inventory levels, and consistent production processes that bolster operational performance, optimize working capital, and enhance customer satisfaction.
We are seeking a dynamic leader with extensive experience in Materials Management, including planning, scheduling, inventory control, and SIOP, along with a solid background in tactical procurement and supplier performance, complemented by exposure to strategic sourcing and logistics.

Key Responsibilities
Leadership in Materials Management:
- Oversee and direct all materials planning, scheduling, inventory control, and production support initiatives.
- Ensure uninterrupted material flow to support manufacturing and customer fulfillment.
- Drive inventory accuracy initiatives and uphold MRP integrity.
- Optimize inventory levels to align with service, cost, and working capital objectives.
- Establish and refine S&OP/SIOP processes in collaboration with Operations and Finance.
- Standardize materials processes across multiple sites to ensure uniformity and visibility.
- Collaborate closely with Production, Quality, and Engineering to align material strategies with operational objectives.
Excellence in Inventory & Planning:
- Enhance forecast accuracy and establish disciplined planning practices.
- Lead analysis to identify root causes of shortages, excess inventory, and obsolescence.
- Implement KPI dashboards to monitor inventory turns, overdue orders, schedule adherence, and material availability.
- Strengthen utilization of ERP/MRP systems to ensure data integrity.
Oversight of Procurement:
- Provide strategic leadership and direction to procurement activities as they evolve.
- Assist in developing sourcing strategies that align with organizational goals.
