Position Overview:
This position will remain open until filled.
Reporting directly to the Senior Vice President of Human Resources, the Director of Total Rewards will lead the total rewards strategy, overseeing the analysis, modeling, implementation, and management of compensation, pension, and benefit programs that align with our organizational goals. This role also involves serving as the business lead for all total rewards-related regulatory and governance filings. As a proactive leader, you will engage with various stakeholders and ensure effective collaboration within the HR department and beyond, fulfilling specific total rewards and regulatory requests with precision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and oversight to a team of compensation, benefits, and HRIS professionals.
- Develop and execute innovative non-union compensation strategies that attract and retain top talent.
- Implement forward-thinking total rewards initiatives that align with our cultural values and budgetary constraints.
