With our innovative Open Distribution strategy, StubHub empowers rights holders with the necessary tools and infrastructure to sell directly to fans across the largest ticketing platforms: StubHub and Viagogo. Our Open Distribution Partnerships team helps sports organizations manage their ticket distribution, pricing, and marketing, connecting with over 80 million event buyers every month.
We are looking for a Director of Venue Partnerships to foster and expand our relationships with theaters, historic venues, clubs, arenas, and mixed-use cultural spaces throughout North America. Your role will involve securing the rights to distribute venue inventory on StubHub and across open distribution platforms, demonstrating strong sell-through rates, and turning venues into long-term, data-driven growth partners.
You will oversee the complete venue engagement process—from identifying decision-makers and negotiating commercial terms to implementing integrations and driving demand via our platform features. Initially, you will serve as a player-coach, and as the business expands, you will recruit and lead a top-tier team of partnership and account managers.
Location: Hybrid (3 days in office/2 days remote) – New York, NY or Century City, CA
