The Role
The Director of Workspace Operations serves as the operational backbone of the Saltbox network. This pivotal role involves directly leading our Market Leaders and managing the executional framework that drives performance across all locations, ensuring that strategic objectives translate into reliable and consistent outcomes.
While the VP of Operations outlines our strategic direction, the Director of Workspace Operations is tasked with ensuring that we achieve our goals. You will be accountable for the operational and financial success of each location, maintaining standards, driving P&L performance, nurturing Market Leaders, and ensuring that every Member in every market enjoys a uniform, high-quality Saltbox experience.
This leadership role is both hands-on and high-accountability. You will juggle operational responsibilities while developing systems and frameworks to enable our growth. With your insight into the daily workings of our business, you will also play a crucial role in providing feedback to senior leadership, helping us understand the evolving needs of our members and markets to continuously improve the Saltbox experience.
Your Responsibilities
Leadership of Market Leaders — Cultivate a strong and accountable leadership team. Mentor Market Leaders to become disciplined operators who execute with clarity, take ownership of their results, and deliver a consistent member experience across all locations.
Operational Consistency Across the Network — Establish and maintain a cohesive Saltbox operating system, including SOPs, operational rhythms, quality standards, workspace workflows, and team accountability. Every location should unmistakably embody the Saltbox brand.
P&L Ownership — Enhance NOI performance through strategic labor planning, occupancy strategies, expense management, and operational execution. You will be directly accountable for financial metrics and understand how to drive improvements.
