About the Role
We are on the lookout for a seasoned Director or VP of Business Development to spearhead strategic growth efforts within the medical aesthetics and medspa sector. The ideal candidate should possess extensive industry experience, established executive relationships—especially with Allergan and other premier aesthetic brands—and a demonstrable history of augmenting revenue through partnerships, channel development, and enterprise sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement the go-to-market strategy for the medspa sector, focusing on identifying new partnerships, distribution channels, and enterprise opportunities.
- Forge and sustain strategic partnerships with leading aesthetic brands, including Allergan, Galderma, and others, to drive collaborative growth initiatives.
- Identify and establish high-value partnerships with multi-location medspa networks, physician-led organizations, and franchise systems.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and operations teams to refine offerings that align with the dynamic demands of the medspa industry.
- Lead contract negotiations, partnership development, and strategic initiatives to drive revenue growth.
