In this pivotal role, you will oversee essential warehousing functions, encompassing goods receipt, sampling, materials handling, picking, shipping, and inventory management activities.

Key Responsibilities:
Execute routine administrative and physical tasks related to the shipping, receiving, storing, and distribution of customer products/inventory using the SAP system.
Document and manage the movement and handling of products in a computerized inventory system, ensuring accurate records of Distribution activities.
Carry out transactions associated with Distribution processes through both internal and external computer systems.
Consistently adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs).
Report any deviations in process or product to the Distribution Team Lead to ensure timely delivery and the return of unsuitable orders.
Prepare and ship products from the distribution center.
Process incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring compliance with specifications and documentation, while identifying and documenting any discrepancies.
Notify relevant departments upon receipt, sampling, shipping, or processing of items as required.
Assist in the preparation of batch record documentation for primary and secondary packaging.
