As the Divisional Growth Marketing Manager within our Employee Benefits division, you will spearhead our content-driven marketing strategy. You will be responsible for the design, implementation, and optimization of marketing initiatives that significantly impact revenue growth.
Working closely with sales leaders and subject matter experts, you will translate complex business requirements into impactful marketing actions. You will develop programs that enhance brand visibility, attract new clients, and reinforce existing client relationships. Your expertise in KPIs and understanding of trends across digital, PR, and social channels will guide a collaborative team in planning and executing campaigns that yield measurable results.
