We are seeking a driven professional with over 7 years of proven sales experience, particularly in consulting, advisory, and B2B sales solutions within the automotive industry. Ideally, candidates will also have 4+ years of experience in education, technology, or training sales to B2B clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate revenue by identifying and nurturing new prospects into customers within the designated geographic area.
- Exceed monthly order book targets and drive sales growth.
- Act as an individual contributor, taking ownership of your accounts.
Main Performance Metrics:
- Order Book: Surpass sales targets consistently.
- Revenue Generation
- Collections Management
- Proposal Submission
- Costing Preparation and Maintenance of Gross Margins (EBITDA)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop a lead funnel and ensure the order book is consistently exceeded.
- Map the territory, network actively, and engage with senior personnel in client organizations, including functional heads in Sales & Service, HR, and Learning & Development.
- Identify key decision-makers through account mapping.
- Deliver impactful presentations to senior management at client sites.
- Engage in negotiations with client representatives, ensuring effective contracting.
- Leverage your network for referrals.
- Oversee all collections and account reconciliations in close collaboration with the finance team.
- Exhibit strong customer relationship management skills to maintain high client satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including Vertical heads, Content Teams, and Operations, to ensure cohesive strategy execution.
